ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


You (“the Purchaser”) may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, provided your order has not yet been shipped. All cancellations must be made by the Purchaser through our online cancellation system.

Towmax Gear does not accept order cancellations submitted via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping costs in line with our Standard Return Policy below.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY


Standard Returns apply to Towmax products purchased directly from the Towmax Gear Shopify store, delivered to you in undamaged, non-defective condition.

Unless otherwise stated, we accept Standard Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to these conditions:

  • NEW Condition: Returned products must be in brand-new, unused condition — free of wear, damage, marks, or alterations. Items not in NEW condition will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Towmax Gear is not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit. All risk of loss remains with you until we receive the returned item at our facility.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it is in NEW condition. Please allow reasonable processing time for inspection and refund approval. We will issue a full refund for the product price only; return shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECT RETURN POLICY


Defect Returns apply to Towmax products purchased directly from our Shopify store that arrive defective or damaged. These returns are subject to the following:

  • Warranty Claim: You must first submit a warranty claim describing the product defect by contacting our support team at:

    support@towmaxgear.com
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for upfront return shipping costs. Towmax Gear is not liable for items lost during return shipping; all risk of loss remains with you until delivery to our facility.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed only after we receive, inspect, and verify the product was defective upon delivery. We will issue a full refund for the product and reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs to return the item to our nearest facility.

LIFETIME WARRANTY


All Towmax products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will assist you promptly.
